Welcome to Ubiquitous Computing Database Laboratory in the department of Computer Engineering of Pusan National University. Since, its foundation in 1990, the Laboratory has achieved substantial growth in the area of RFID Middleware, Real Time Locating System (RTLS), Spatio-temporal Databse, Moving Object Database and Stream Data Processing. Our laboratory has concentrated on developing RFID middleware related to physical distribution of harbor to lead database technology of the Ubiquitous era. Our research is strongly related to recently founded Global RF Lab Alliance, a network of leading research institutes concerned with radio frequency technologies, bundles diverse world-wide research activities. Members of our laboratory are participated in the project from Institute of Logistics Information Technology (LIT). The LIT is the central national project of the Republic of Korea for the development of new information technologies concerning the support of logistic processes.
